The Cross Keys is a beautiful maintained, open plan pub with great kerb appeal situated on a main road surrendered by local businesses and small industrial units. It is close to local amenities is an ideal location for lunches time offers and business meetings and with a large car park situated to the side of the site, it is also perfect for attracting passing trade. The Cross Keys has a catchment area of circa 26 thousand adults with in a one mile radius therefore it is in the perfect location to be the heart of the community. The interior of the pub is a large, bright open plan room, ideal for relaxing with a coffee or a beer and reading the paper or for dinners looking for that perfect dining experience. There is also a large secure family friendly beer garden to the rear of the pub, Ideal for alfresco drinks and dinning on those hot summer days.

Our Just Add Talent agreement is perfect for a first time pub operators but due to the number of covers this site does, we would be looking for applicants to have had some experience working with food. You may be from a management background in hospitality or retail - what matters is your passion for great customer service and your ability to lead and motivate a team of staff. Prior experience in a team leadership role will be essential. A knowledge of the local area will also be preferred for this pub.

Just Add Talent is a lower risk and high support agreement, which offers a 'foot in the door' to the leased and tenanted industry. With fixed in goings of only £4,000, you will be given the support and training you need to develop your skills and run a successful pub with Star Pubs & Bars.

Trading Area & Facilities

All the facilities are on ground floor level and consists of one large open plan bright and airy trading area with a one bar servery in the centre of the room. There is a large catering kitchen for up to 90 covers accessible from the bar. The cellar is also on this floor and has easy access.
Outside the Cross Keys has a very large grassed garden area with bench style seating accessible form patio doors to the rear of the pub. Also a car park to the side with spaces for up to 30 cars.

Private Accommodation

The private accommodation consists of 2 x double bedrooms, bathroom, and Kitchen with lounge area. In line with our Ready to Trade Promise, we will ensure the private accommodation is in good condition, so that you can focus on your business.
