Available on our Business Start-Up Agreement, with the following support:

Manage your risk: 3 year fixed term agreement that you can terminate at any time on three months' notice;

  • Reward for high standards: financial incentives for achieving high retail standards up to £3,000;
  • Financial support (BDM selects as appropriate and RSM includes in narrative):
    • payment of accountant and stocktaking charge including the till system to the value of £4,100;
    • even higher discounts on beer and cider available if volume targets are met (90% of targeted sale)

This financial support is for the first year, to help you along the way. All quoted figures are based on Star Pubs & Bars FMT rent model.

Trading Area & Facilities

Internally, the Cricketers Arms has one large open plan trade area that combines the bar, eating area and a sports area including a pool table and darts. The pub is in good order throughout and boasts a catering kitchen.

While there is no onsite parking, a public car park can be found very close by.

Private Accommodation

The private accommodation at Cricketers consists of two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom, a toilet and an office all in good condition. In line with our 'Ready To Trade Promise', should any works be required, we will ensure your private accommodation is in good order so that you can focus your energy on getting business right.

The calculation of the Estimated Minimum Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit of 1 month's rent or £3,000 (whichever is greater) and that fixtures and fittings (F&F) are rented. The subsequent deposit build up and F&F rental costs are not included in the rent model or ongoing costs below.
