Trading Area & Facilities

The Colinton Inn has two main trading area inside, the ground floor bar is bright and well maintained with lots of natural wood finishes that are complimented by the soft furnishing. The ground floor bar is traditional in appearance but also warm and inviting. The basement bar is more contemporary and can be utilised as a private hire area and also has the added feature of opening out into the decked beer garden.

Externally the pub is a traditional stone build and is in good order. As the Colinton Inn is on a main and busy road, there is lots of passing trade. The beer garden to the rear has seating, perfect to showcase pleasant views.
