The Bowman is based in Aldridge, Walsall, an industrial town in the West Midlands of England. It is located 8 miles north-west of Birmingham and 6 miles east of Wolverhampton. The site is based in the heart of a densely populated residential area. Within half a mile, there are only 2 other pubs and almost 3,500 adults.

The current offer at the Bowman in Aldridge is mostly drinks based, however, there is an opportunity to implement a food offer to increase trade. Live Sports and Live music are also current attractions for customers that increase trade.

Trading Area & Facilities

The Bowman has a mixture of traditional and abstract interior. The floor in the pub is varied throughout the site, with red and white chequered, hardwood and carpeted flooring. The lounges benefit from having multiple windows throughout, giving ample natural light to the pub.

At the entrance of the pub is a small, sheltered smoking area as well as a large car park. To the rear, there is a concrete patio area with fixed bench seating allowing for up to 42 customers.

Private Accommodation

The private accommodation consists of bedrooms, kitchen & bathroom and a lounge and where required there will be appropriate works carried out in line with the Star Pubs & Bars Ready to Trade Promise.
