The Belper Arms is located in Newton Burgoland, an affluent village in Leicestershire. The site has status as being the oldest pub in Leicester and dates back to as far back as 1290. Trading Area & Facilities
The pub has a mix of traditional and modern furniture throughout the internal trading areas giving the site a unique yet familiar feel. Exposed beam ceilings and exposed brickwork throughout the pub adds to the conventional aesthetic. There is a cosy lounge area with a brick fireplace and ample comfortable armchairs for locals! In addition to this, the site also has a large dining room in a separate section of the pub which has space for an additional circa 30 covers.
The catering facilities have recently been upgraded so there is a great opportunity for the future operator to provide an excellent food offer.
Externally the pub has a large beer garden with a children’s play area and patio. There is also space for approx. 25+ cars in the car park to the side of the site.
