With more than 3.5 million* people in the UK identifying as vegan and over seven million* having switched to a vegetarian diet, it’s vital to cater for customers with dietary requirements, especially as they often determine where a group eats out. To help, we’ve created a fully labelled 'free-from' menu. It features 16 dishes and includes dairy-free, gluten-free and vegan options for starters, mains and desserts. To make it easy and minimise waste, all the ingredients needed are available from our nominated wholesaler, Brakes. We’ve taste tested the dishes, ensured they’re in line with the latest food trends and suggested sides. We don’t recommend you offer the full range but in order not to miss out on business, it’s important to have at least one gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan option for every course.
