Rhydypennau Inn Aberystwyth

Amazing Refurbishment Planned - There is a planned £300,000 spend to breathe new life into this pub in a fantastic tourist area on the main route to Aberystwyth. The Rhyd-y-Pennau is located in an area of significant tourist trade and particularly affluent demographics, with 60% of the local population falling into the ABC bracket. 15,000 adults live within a ten-minute drive, making this an opportunity to run the best pub for miles around. Providing an inviting and premium local for both the community and an attractive offer for tourists in the spring and summer months is a strategy for success. This transformational upgrade will also include the pub's exterior to make it truly stand out, including decking and a rear beer garden which customers can make the most of over the summer months.

The Rhyd-y-Pennau has a fully functional commercial kitchen which is a fantastic opportunity to develop a reputation for good food, catering for up to 50 covers. Alongside the new food offer in the restaurant, casual drinking and dining can be offered in the cosy lounge, with the potential for live sports and relaxed drinks in the upgraded, stylish and contemporary bar. This is therefore a great all-round opportunity to take advantage of a high quality food venue, which provides fantastic drinks, live sports, darts and pool. Could you make this a go-to destination for friends and family?
