Trading Area & Facilities

The Tavern is a one bar operation centred around a theatre kitchen. The decor is cool and contemporary with natural finishes mixed with industrial and splashes of colour to draw the eye. There is a mix of seating that includes high stools, booths and loose tables and chairs.

There is an excellent sheltered beer garden to the rear of the pub, car parking at the rear for 4 cars and off street parking nearby.

The calculation of the Estimated Minimum Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit of 1 month's rent or £3,000 (whichever is greater) and that fixtures and fittings (F&F) are rented. The subsequent deposit build up and F&F rental costs are not included in the rent model or ongoing costs below.
